Terms

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of Zutila. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@zutila.io.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity in your account.

Workspaces

The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins decide who joins and what each person can do, and are responsible for inviting only people who should have access.

Your content

Orders, documents and other content your team adds belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide Zutila to you. Only add information you have the right to share, and use Zutila in line with the laws and regulations that apply to your business.

Electronic signatures

Zutila records signer consent and a certificate of completion with each signed document. You're responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for a given document and transaction.

Acceptable use

Don't use Zutila to break the law, send spam, upload malicious files, or try to access workspaces or data that aren't yours.

Availability

We work to keep Zutila available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Keep your own copies of documents you're required to retain.

Ending use

You can stop using Zutila at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Email us to close an account or workspace.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above.
